rEFUNDS/rESCHEDULE pOLICY
In order to provide you with an exceptional experience, we have a firm no refund policy. If you cancel your reservation more than 24 hours in advance, you will be issued a credit to reschedule for another workshop that occurs within the next 30 days. The issued credit will be equal to the original amount paid for the workshop. Refunds and/or credits will not be issued if the new workshop is of lesser value than the original workshop. If a workshop of greater value is selected, the remaining balance will be due at the time of booking. Please note - only one (1) reschedule of this type will be granted, a second cancellation, even if it is within the following 30 days, will result in the forfeiture of your ticket and previous payments.

If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled workshop (including bookings made less than 24 hours before the start of the workshop), arrive late, or fail to show, you will not have the option to reschedule. Please note - complimentary workshop tickets are ineligible for refunds, credits, and/or rescheduling. This includes tickets provided for brand partnerships, giveaway winners, private event hosts, birthday club subscribers, employees, and/or other marketing promotions.

We reserve the right to cancel workshops due to bad weather, low enrollment, and/or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of the aforementioned cancellation, all registered attendees will be notified and issued a full refund.

To reschedule, please email the Sweet Wynns customer care team at eat@sweetwynns.com with the full name on the reservation and the date and time of the original workshop.
aLCOHOL pOLICY
Effective April 1, 2023, one glass of complimentary wine will be included with the purchase of an adult workshop ticket. Wine will be served to ice cream makers who are 21 and older with valid identification. All ice cream makers who wish to consume wine will be required to provide valid identification to consume alcohol on-site.
Unless otherwise specified, wine will be served by the ABC Manager on-site once the ice cream is churning and ends once the ice cream is ready to scoop. Wine will not be served outside of the designated time. Guests who miss the wine serving window will not have an opportunity to receive this complimentary service. Refunds and/or credits will not be issued in the event a guest is unable to receive wine during the workshop.

Sharing wine with guests who have not provided identification and/or have already consumed their allotted wine is strictly prohibited. Any guest engaging in this type of alcohol sharing will be excused from the premises immediately and without refund. Wine cannot be replaced for any reason once served. Wine may not be purchased at Sweet Wynns.

Guests are prohibited from bringing their own alcohol to Sweet Wynns. Intoxicated guests may not enter Sweet Wynns and cannot remain onsite. These guests will be excused from the premises immediately and without refund. Sweet Wynns reserves the right to contact local law enforcement as necessary.
Allergen pOLICY
We do our best to accommodate allergies and we kindly ask our ice cream makers to notify us in advance of any known allergies. Our standard recipe uses cow's milk which cannot be substituted at this time.
Please be aware that our products, prepared items, and cooking facilities may have had contact with the following food allergens: eggs, milk, wheat, peanuts, soybeans, and tree nuts. We encourage our ice cream makers with allergies to ask for the ingredient listing prior to consuming any food products.
Media Release Authorization
By registering and attending this workshop, I consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by Sweet Wynns and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos, and/or videos may be used to promote similar Sweet Wynns events in the future, highlight the event, and exhibit the capabilities of Sweet Wynns. I release Sweet Wynns, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, I waive all rights I may have to any claims for compensation and waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product. I understand that all images in which I participate including film, photographic prints, digital files, or video are the exclusive property of Sweet Wynns.
