DESCRIPTION

Celebrate National Ice Cream Day at Sweet Wynns' Scoop Fest! This choose-your-ice-cream adventure will have you sampling a variety of delicious ice creams or creating your own tasty treat. You can vote for your favorite in-house flavors and challenge your taste buds in our Blind Taste Test. This event is designed for ice cream lovers of all ages!

FLIGHT TICKET - $15 Online / $20 In Person

- Four-scoop ice cream flight (8oz of ice cream total)

OTHER DETAILS

Doors will open at 10:45 AM and close at 2:30 PM. Guests who arrive after 2:30 PM will be unable to participate in this event. This event is not open to the public and everyone will need a ticket for admission. Please select the Infant Ticket for children under 23 months. This free ticket is only for the described age group and does not include ice cream, wine, or raffle tickets. 

AGE POLICY

This event is for ice cream makers of all ages. Guests 2 and older must select either the Flight ticket, Create A Flavor ticket, or the Flight & Flavor ticket. Guests under 23 months are eligible for the free Infant ticket.

ALCOHOL POLICY

Two complimentary glasses of wine are included for guests 21 and older with valid identification. No guest may receive more than two glasses of wine even if other members in their party cannot consume or decline to consume the complimentary wine included with their ticket purchase. Wine service will end at 2:45 PM. Refunds and/or credits will not be issued in the event a guest declines and/or misses wine service. Sharing wine with guests who have not provided identification, have already consumed their allotted wine, and/or have declined wine service is strictly prohibited. Any guest engaging in this type of alcohol sharing will be excused from the premises immediately and without refund. Wine cannot be replaced for any reason once served. Wine may not be purchased at Sweet Wynns. Guests are prohibited from bringing their own alcohol to Sweet Wynns. Intoxicated guests may not enter Sweet Wynns and cannot remain onsite. These guests will be excused from the premises immediately and without refund. Sweet Wynns reserves the right to contact local law enforcement as necessary.

HEALTH POLICY

We strictly adhere to Department of Health guidelines and any person with a fever or who is experiencing persistent coughing, sneezing, or a runny nose that causes discharges from the eyes, nose, or mouth may not attend this event.

REFUND/RESCHEDULE POLICY

In order to provide you with an exceptional experience, we have a firm no refund policy. If you cancel your reservation and/or fail to show, you will be issued a workshop credit upon written request. This request must be submitted to eat@sweetwynns.com by 11:59 PM EST on Sunday, August 4, 2024. The credit will be valued at the actual amount spent to attend the event. Please note - complimentary tickets are ineligible for credits. This includes tickets provided for brand partnerships, giveaway winners, private event hosts, birthday club subscribers, employees, and/or other marketing promotions.

FAQS

I'm an adult and I would like to attend this event, but I don't want to eat any ice cream. Can I use the Infant ticket?

No - all guests 2 and older are required to purchase a ticket to attend this event.

I am bringing my infant who can eat solid foods. Can I share my ice cream with my child if I purchase an Infant ticket?

Of course! While the Infant ticket does not include any ice cream, you are welcome to share your ice cream flight or half-pint with your little one.

​I am over 21 - will I need to provide my ID to receive my complimentary wine?

Yes, we require all guests to provide a valid government-issued ID to consume alcohol at Sweet Wynns.

Do you have any dairy-free or vegan options?

No - all of the ice cream served contains dairy and cannot be substituted at this time.

I loved the ice cream I tried - can I purchase a pint?

Absolutely! We'll have pints of all our flavors available for purchase. Please note, Sweet Wynns does not accept cash. We accept credit cards and contactless payments.
